David Reservitz is currently the Acting President of the Plymouth County Bar Association and will be sworn in this December as the youngest President in the oldest county Bar Association in the country. He is Chairman of the Board and Past President for the Pilgrim Bar Advocates Program which administers legal representation for indigent people.
He has worked in the legal profession since the 1980’s when he clerked for a major personal injury and medical malpractice firm and for the District Attorney’s Office. Since then he has successfully tried and handled many cases throughout Massachusetts. Most recently, he has obtained a successful personal injury jury verdict in Suffolk Superior Court, a substantial Arbitration Award and a successful defense verdict in a toxic mold case. Attorney Reservitz also enjoys a reputation as an authority on Housing Court matters. He has been asked by the Courts to serve as a lecturer and panelist at educational seminars to other Attorneys and litigants. He is a mentor to younger lawyers and is known for his approachable personality and commitment to his clients. |
