Attorney Reservitz is a graduate of Boston University where he earned a Bachelor of Science and of the New England School of Law where he was awarded the degree of Juris Doctor. He has been a member of the Massachusetts Bar since 1997. He is also an active member of REBA, the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association and the Plymouth County Bar Association.

Attorney Andrew Reservitz heads the real estate department at Reservitz Law Offices, P.C. His vast experience in real estate law includes the representation of hundreds of lending institutions in residential and commercial refinances, purchases and bank foreclosures. He enjoys a unique insight and understanding with regard to mortgage lending having worked as a mortgage originator prior to practicing law. His dedication to the highest level of quality representation and customer service has assisted many mortgage lenders in achieving a high volume business without sacrificing quality. In addition to conveyancing and bank foreclosure, Attorney Reservitz has represented hundreds buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of both residential and commercial property and many individuals for private foreclosures and condominium conversions. Attorney Reservitz’ area of focus also includes bankruptcy, debt collection, estate and medicaid planning, zoning and municipal law, civil litigation, criminal law, and family and probate law.
