Leon P. Reservitz established this firm in 1934. Upon his death in 1968, Edward Reservitz continued the operation of the firm in areas of general practice, real estate, corporate, criminal and civil litigation. In 1970, he was joined by Stephen C. Steinberg, a former Assistant Clerk Magistrate for the Brockton District Court and later a City Solicitor for the City of Brockton. Together, they formed Reservitz & Steinberg, P.C. The firm continued to grow and expand to meet the needs of the growing South Shore community, which was taking advantage of the economic boom of the 1970's and 1980's. During that time the firm developed its strong reputation for civil and criminal litigation, personal injury, corporate law, probate law, and family law. In 1985, the firm expanded once again with the addition of Attorney Ilene Belinsky. Attorney Belinsky expanded the firm’s family law practice and increased its concentration in municipal law, including zoning and regulatory issues, when she became the City Solicitor for the City of Brockton, serving from 1992 to 1995. With the economic shifts and the changing values of real estate in the late 1990's, the firm expanded its practice into areas of conveyancing and real estate development.

In late 1996, Attorney Stephen C. Steinberg left the firm when he was appointed as an Associate Justice for the Plymouth County Probate and Family Court. Subsequently, the firm name was changed to Reservitz & Belinsky, P.C.

In 1996, Andrew F. Reservitz and David S. Reservitz joined the firm as Associate Attorneys. Attorney David S. Reservitz has developed a focus in personal injury, civil litigation, real estate law, criminal law, landlord-tenant law, estates and debt collection. He is a regular speaker for the Southeastern Regional Housing Court and has been invited to speak along side the Southeastern Regional Housing Court Justice on the topic of landlord/tenant issues. He has been featured in Massachusetts Verdict Reporter with regard to Superior Court Jury Trails. He has served as the President of the Plymouth County Bar Advocates and currently serves as President Elect of the Plymouth County Bar Association for which he will serve as President during the year 2008.

Andrew F. Reservitz has developed a focus in real estate conveyancing, as well as real estate law, bank foreclosure, debt collection, estate and medicaid planning, and family law. Since 1997, Andrew Reservitz has enjoyed a thriving conveyancing practice, and has dedicated the majority of his practice to the representation of lenders and mortgage companies. He has a substantial background in the field having represented hundreds of lenders, and having been employed as a mortgage originator prior to attending law school.

After forty years of practicing law, Edward Reservitz continues to focus on civil litigation with an emphasis on construction law, business and corporate law, real estate transactions and personal injury.

In 2005, Edward Reservitz, David Reservitz and Andrew Reservitz formed Reservitz Law Offices, P.C. In 2006, Attorney Stacey Klein Verde joined the firm as Associate Attorney. Attorney Klein’s focus is in domestic relations and family law, as well as labor law and employment issues. Attorney Daniel Kallenberg joined the firm as Associate Attorney in 2007. His focus is in criminal law, civil litigation and real estate transactions.
